Our storage units come in a range of sizes (we have a handy guide to help you estimate which one is right for you). Our terms are flexible. And our friendly colleagues in store will guide you through the process.

• Start by selecting a MORE! store. We’re adding new locations and they all have easy access for you to drop off your things.
• Next, choose a room size. Our handy guide can help you with this. But don't worry about getting it exactly right, you can always swap later.
• Reserve your storage unit online. A small deposit guarantees your room and price.
• That's it, you’re all ready to move in. Just bring two forms of ID with you to the store (one must have your photo and one must have your address) and we'll take you through the paperwork.

We’re expanding our network of self storage, building on the success of our existing stores – where our staff have been helping people store the things that matter to them. If we don’t yet have a store near you, it’s worth checking back soon because we’re growing all the time.

People and businesses use our self storage for all sorts of things: house contents such as furniture, personal belongings they don’t want to part with, business stock or materials. Your things will be safe and secure thanks to a climate controlled environment, monitored CCTV and secure PIN code access.

You’re welcome to store anything that’s, legal, safe, won’t make a mess and doesn’t require specialist handling or storage. You can’t store:

• Hazardous goods, toxic materials
• Pollutants, contaminants, waste
• Perishable goods, live animals, living plants
• Cash and securities, illegal goods
• Explosives, firearms, ammunitions

You can pay by card online to reserve your space. Then you can set up a regular direct debit to pay the rental for your storage unit. We also accept credit and debit cards.

There’s no long-term commitment with More! Self Storage, just a rolling 28-day contract. So you can keep your storage unit for as long as you like, or give it up when you no longer need it. Remember, though, you can always switch to a different size if you find you've got more, or fewer, things to store.

If you don’t need your storage unit any longer, you only have to give 28 days’ notice to end your contract. If you’ve still got some things to store, just not as many as before, why not switch to a smaller unit? We have a range of sizes available and swapping is easy.

Using our self storage gives you peace of mind that your things will be safe and secure. Our stores have monitored CCTV. And you secure your unit with your own padlock, so only you have a key.

Our security, which includes monitored CCTV, means that only people you approve can access your storage unit. All you have to do is let us know who, aside from you, needs access and we’ll set it up for them. Our staff are on site during access hours.

No, the price for your storage unit includes VAT. The only additional costs will be for the protection of your items in storage.

You’ll need to either show us proof of the insurance in place for your goods or use our StoreProtect arrangements to protect your goods, which we will explain further when you come in store. You’ll also need to provide your own padlock (you can always buy one from the store when you arrive).

When you come to the store to start renting your unit, you will need to bring two forms of ID with you: one must have your photo, and one must show your address. We’ll sort out all the paperwork while you’re in store, so all you need to do then is load up your storage unit.

Yes we do! When you put your things into self storage we recommend using strong double walled boxes, plenty of bubble wrap for more delicate things and covers to protect furniture. All of these are available in store. You can see what we have available in our box shop.

The door of your storage unit will be secured by a padlock. You can buy one from the store when you start your rental or bring your own. 

To make sure that everyone is protected from unexpected events, you need to arrange protection for the items you store with us. We can take care of this at the store – someone will guide you through the process and the costs will depend on the value of your items. Alternatively, you can make your own arrangements, however we will need to see proof of the cover.

Outside our stores, you’ll find plenty of space to park and unload. Worried about your things getting wet? Our covered loading bays will help you and your things stay dry. And if you have one of our outside large storage containers, you can drive your vehicle right up to your storage unit. 

Inside our stores there are lifts to all the floors and trolleys you can use to help move your things smoothly into your storage unit. We recommend dismantling bulky items such as furniture if you can, and avoiding packing too many heavy items, such as books, in one box.

In a hurry? You can move your things into your storage unit today, as long as you arrive during the store’s business hours and have ID. (You’ll need to bring two forms of ID with you: one must have your photo, and one must show your address.)

Don’t worry, we know things don’t always go to plan. Just get in touch to let us know what’s happening and we’ll extend your reservation so you can move in later.

Just drive right up to one of our covered loading bays and you’re ready to move in using one of our free trolleys. If the storage unit you booked is on an upper floor, you can travel up in the lift with your loaded trolley. (Unlike some of our competitors, we won’t ask you to leave your things unattended.)

Our Bournemouth store is open 7 days a week, with MORE! staff on site throughout those times to help our customers and keep an eye on things. So you can come and go as you please.

We have a range of different unit sizes at our Bournemouth Store, from the small but mightily useful to the very large. You can always pop down to the store and our team will be happy to advise you. But you really don’t need to worry, because it’s easy to swap sizes later.

Our team is on site 7 days a week to help our customers and keep an eye on things. And they’re backed by monitored CCTV. If you rent a large container in our secure compound, a code gives you access to the gates when the store is closed.
